"I am a 10th grader and taking honor chemistry this semester. Due to Covid-19, my school only offers distance learning. It is a challenge to learn chemistry without lab which I was looking forward to in chemistry class. A month after fall semester has started, I started to struggle in chemistry. I immediately search online for help. I feel so lucky to come across Dr. Sujatha. Dr. Sujatha has such a big passion for teaching. Before our first meeting, Dr. Sujatha did research online and found the digital version of my chemistry textbook that I didn't even know it has an online version. She proposed a teaching plan that tailor toward chemistry beginners. Dr. Sujatha makes chemistry a fun subject. During our first class, she asked me to find some household items and we did a "lab", she explained to me the science behind the reaction behind adding white vinegar to baking powder. My interest in chemistry has sky rocked. Dr. Sujatha is more patient than my mom. She makes sure I have a solid understand the fundamentals in chemistry. She explains to me the interrelationship between math, biology and chemistry and how chemistry is everywhere in our life. After each class, Dr. Sujatha always sends me a class summary and key take away points. I print them out to put in my school folder. I have become the go-to kid in my study group at school for chemistry. Dr. Sujatha is such a blessing in my life. She teaches me not only the science facts of chemistry, her attitude toward science and her devotion in her field of study demonstrates what a true scientist is like. With Dr. Sujatha on my side, I am confident to get good grade in chemistry in 10th grade. I plan to take AP Chemistry in 11th grade. "
